Maternity Benefit Act 2016

According to recent amendment in the maternity benefit act, all establishments with more than 50 employees need to provide creche facility from july 1st . Query is whose responsibility is it to bear the cost liability of creche charges .
In reply to your query, in the amended provision it has clearly been stated that every establishment having fifty or more employees, shall have the facility of creche within such distance as may be prescribed, either separately or along with common facilities. SO IT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYER TO BEAR THE COST LIABILITY OF CRECHE.
