Sir/mam, in police verification form, what does it mean by "Have you ever been debarred from any examination or restricted by any University or any other educational Authority / Institution?" if my masters degree got cancelled/revoked will i be still eligible for applying or joining central govt jobs based on my Graduate degree? will there be any problem in police verification or if i say YES in the above question?

you need to state the reason why your master's degree was revoked/ cancelled. if the reason stated is grave then yes it will hamper your prospects in applying for a govt. job.
the above stated line means that clearly states- are you an offender or not in any case like cheating etc..

According to the rules, a candidate must have 60% attendance in order to be eligible for the test. If you are sick, there is the chance to get a valid medical certificate from a government doctor. You can also meet with your principal and coordinator and talk about it. Don't lose hope, there will be a way. 01-Feb-2018

With all due respect, I ABC, would like to inform you that I have missed classes because of an accident I had last month. I asked you to take into account my leave and let me be eligible to sit the exams. Youll be grateful for this. 02-Dec-2018
