Managing Director not ready to pay us salary. How to recover?

I have a salary issue .Here my MD is not ready to pay us salaries So we want a legal advise.
you should send in a legal notice to the company along with your MD asking him that why are they not issuing you the salary. In case still they do not reply to the Notice sent by you you may file a case against the company and the MD
