Manager's Toxic Behaviour & resignation & early release & NP & Salary

18-Sep-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I raised voice against all this, so manager complained this to HR and involved them, and created a negative image of me in front of the senior leadership and HR. He stopped approving my timesheets and still, my timesheets for around 1.5 month not yet approved, which means I will not be getting salary for this time period, although I worked. After all this, HR is just ignoring my emails and not talking anything about my release or last working date, despite my multiple follow-ups. Advice Please.

Well, in order to get your Salary, you need to send a Legal Notice to your Ex Employer under the concerned provisions of the Civil Recovery Law. If things won't get sorted from sending legal notice, then, you have to lodge a Civil Case.
