Magistrate summon for not renewing shop license what to do

I had closed my shop 3 years back and not renewed license.I have recieved a notice from magistrate for summon under section 7(2a) and 20-a. What to do now ?
you should approach to appoint a advocate legal submissions befor the magistret if required . otherwise contact to shop inspector and made a application for clossing the shop . you shall paid a penallty to inspector also,
