LTI scan mismatched while appearing in exam what to do now

I am a Railway employee. I passed written exam for SM(GDCE-departmental exam conducted by RRC) and qualified for aptitude Test. My aptitude test date was 12.09.2017. I reached there on time but during LTI scan verification before exam it mismatched with the LTI taken in written exam though my Picture & Signature matched in their soft copy database. The same thing happened with two other candidate also. There was no provision for hard copy verification. They disqualified us. The official present in the exam advised to submit a application for further verification, we submitted that but till now they did not responded. What should I do now?
This is perhaps due to failure in system for which authority responsible for conducting the test is to act on your application.please send a second reminder and if no response is received from the authority go for appropriate legal action under the service conditions applicable to you.
