LIC not responding to the judgement passed by the SC what to do

LIC didn't respond the Judgement of the Hon'ble SC right now. The time line ear marked by the Court is over. Can I expect any positiveness on this circumstances? What best step/steps can be taken by me to get natural justice ? Please convey me the legal procedures that can be adopted for implementation of the above judgement.
May I be informed with the copy of the SC order to get back to you at the earliest though I can suggest at the moment that a contempt petition is needed to be filed urgently for necessary compliance of the order.
