Legal remedy to obtain medical leave during notice period

Hi, i work in mnc and serving my notice period but due to my health issue I would need leaves for last one month as my notice period is 3 month and I already served it for 2 months now m asking them leaves where they just have to offboard me from the client project and m lwd will be as per policy but they are not letting me do that due to their internal politics, kindly assist
This is my response to you:
1. If you are ill, obtain a medical certificate and send a formal letter to the HR or your employer stating that you cannot attend during your notice period;
2. Make sure your formal letter is on record;
3. If they still refuse then they are purposefully doing harm to you;
4. You can send them legal notice and leave the office immediately;
5. They will maximum send you a legal notice, to which there is nothing to worry about (until they approach court, which is highly unlikely).
