Legal remedy if final result has been stopped

Dear sir I have passed staff and welfare inspector exam departmental but my final result has stopped due to my confidential report three years not obtained passing marks but in written I passed. What will I do thorough legal side. Please help me to take this opportunity.
आप अपने विभाग में नियुक्त अधिकारी को एक प्रत्यावेदन बना कर दें और जो भी आपकी समस्या हो उस पर स्पष्ट रुप से लिखें प्राधिकृत अधिकारी आपके प्राथना पत्र पर विचार करेगा अगर वह विचार नहीं करता है तो आप माननीय उच्च न्यायालय जो भी आपकी न्याय क्षेत्र में हो उस पर रिट याचिका दाखिल करके उस प्रार्थना पत्र पर दिए गए तथ्यों के निवारण करा सकते हैं

Yes you have remedy firstly you have to file Right To Information RTI report regarding the result of the exam and your querry and on basis of the report of RTI you can challege that subject in the High Court
