Legal remedy if ex employee withholds dues and educational documents

I had a employment bond of one year service with a finance company  but resigned after 4 month by serving 30 days notice.after 3 month they told me to pay 16000 rupees as bond penalty and notice charges(I have taken leaves during notice period,they said this maid notice void) when I asked about structure of my dues they are not replying. They are refusing to give my educational documents,and saying to clear my dues first.my I am not get any employment since my resignation due to not having my dmc. What can be the lagal remedy against this?

Dear, first of all nobody can take your original documents without your permission, if they are not ready to return your documents then file a police complaint against them, write everything in your police complaint that you have given a notice before leaving the job, your problem will be solved.
