Legal remedy as employer shows loss of pay & not settling F&F

My previous employer showed Lop (loss of pay_15days in my final settlement),I contacted HR several times with proof as I submitted time sheet and approved by my supervisor . But employer is not ready to give my money for 15 days . Kindly suggest how I need proceed legally .
You can issue legal notice against your employer through an advocate ask for the FF as per law, hence consult an advocate immediately to take action you have remedy under law. Mean while go through the terms and conditions of your appointment letter.
