Legal remedies in case of Harassment By AGM

I work with a Public Sector Bank. My AGM is harrasing me on daily bases by organising Gang Stalking using other Staff members near my Seat. The system and software provided is not working properly. Printer provided to me stopped working long ago. I brought it to the knowledge of my immediate incharge but it seems they want to Harrass me by not providing necessary equipments but I somehow doing my job.As if it was not enough whenever there is workload on my Seat AGM himself comes near my Seat and calls other Staff and start passing remarks and do loud conversations just to hinder my work. I have Video recordings of all these. Suggest me the legal remedies.
File a complaint against the builder in a Consumer Court as it is his duty to provide the same. there are certain judgments which would help you in this respect. You can also send them a legal notice asking for refund or possession
