Legal recourse to claim higher salary

I joined BSF on 12 Jan 2004. After serving for more than 10 years i resigned through proper channel and got job in PSU bank as security officer. I have my last pay certificate with me but Bank is not fixing my pay because paramilitary persons are is not considered as ex servicesmen. Personal of defence who joined along with us thier pay has been fixed. Presently i am getting less pay than my previous services although i resigned through proper chanel and got selection after giving online exam and interview. What should i do?
In this case you can file RTI seeking information regarding all your questions. You can also write a letter to the senior officer of your department seeking all the answers to your questions. Even if nothing happens then you can send a legal notice to your department.
