You need to send them a legal notice first for the payment of your salary for the period that you have not received the same. Are you still working in the same company on the said profile? They will have to either reply to your notice otherwise you will have to approach the appropriate legal forum for the recovery of your salary.

Claim your salary and other dues by sending a legal notice to this employer of yours. Seek full and final settlement of your salary account. Also, seek experience certificate and other requisite documents in terms of your employment agreement.

What is the reason for no payment ? If you there is no wrong on your side they can not held your salary . What's the appointment letter t & c . If all is in your favor you may serve a notice upon them .

Dear Client,
As per your query, send a legal notice to your company stating therein all the facts through a counsel. If the matter remain unresolved then file a case before labour commissioner for mediation and even if the same remained resolved then you will be directed to file a case before Labour Court for salary and compensation.
Parallel if you want you can lodge an FIR in the concerned police station on the grounds of cheating.

Serve a legal notice upon the employer and even then if they not pay the arrears then file a recovery suit against the company in civil court in lucknow.
They are bound to pay the salary if you are having substantial proof regarding valid employment
