Hello, I have >9 years experience as Rig or offshore medic or doctor. I know some contacts for recruiting any needy person for offshore jobs when there is requirement. I want to charge the person for recruitment. How can I do it, just before recruitement, in a legal way. I will ask for money once from the candidate for job. Is this legal way. If not then which one is the legal way or procedure. pl guide. I am not cheating him. If no job money back to him. I am acting as a single job recruiter not forming any big company. I am honest, non greedy & clear from my side. But the agents may demand money from me. What are the legal correct steps while giving sum to agent, so that he should not cheat us. No job money back from agent as well. Please email me only.
