Legal advise-Non payment of salary and other dues/ Illegal Termination

The issues I faced are as follows:
1. My entire salary for May 2024 was unjustly forfieted with part salary of april 2024 and 7 days of may'24.
2. The company terminated me without any prior notice.
I am seeking your guidance on the following points:
1. The possibility of recovering the withheld salary.
2. The potential for legal action against the individuals and the company for unfair treatment and defamation.
3. Any other legal remedies that may be available to me in this situation.
