Legal advice If the supplier is not supplying the items
29-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I run a private limited company. We provide engineering services. Two months ago the company received a large order from our customer. To accomplish this, we needed to buy some equipment. We finalized the bid of a proprietary company and transferred 50% payment (Money transferred from our company's current account to its company's current account). But after transferring the money, the supplier is not answering the call or mail. The company lost the order because of that. Which also ruin our company's reputation and waste the company's money. Now he is neither supplying the equipment nor returning our money. All communication is done over mail. Please help me what legal action I can take.
hello client as you mentioned over here tye issue you are facing in this regards you can file revovery suit as well as a criminal case need to file against the compnay which received tye payment of 50 percent of the over all payment. in your matter you can recover the losses which you beared due to this company as well aa you can also claim the interest of the payment which you done to this said company aa wwll aa over all losses which you sufferrd due to negligance of this company.
I would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice to the concerned directors of the company seeking refund with interest and damages for breach of contract within a stipulated time of 15 days failing which a suit for recovery and damages be filed
