Legal action to be taken if employee leaves without proper resignation

Good Afternoon, My employee has Steal data from Our PC without Authorization. He have Stole most important data of our Company. Also, now he's leaving job without Proper resignation. he has not Submitted Expenses details. & Have 1 Lakh plus with him on Advance. What Action can i take against him. I have all proves required. Kindly Guide.
This is my response to you:
1. Issue him a legal notice;
2. Also if the material he stole is copyrighted or trademarked then he is punishable under the IPR act;
3. You should also file a police complaint against him for stealing important information;
4. Later on you can file a suit for recovery in the civil court.
