Legal action to be taken for false blames being imposed

From college campus got selected in a hotel,after 1 year training got promoted as a supervisor.after one month of promotion one day,when leaving the hotel after duty,in checking, two spoons are found in my bag by mistake.They terminate my job without providing any warning letter and also refusing to give my experience certificate of working since training days.So what can I do to get my experience certificate ? Is it possible to take any legal action against them?
