Legal action against employer to get employment contribution and PF

Worked more than 2 years with a Hospital. Employer has not paid employer contribution and not even this he is not clearing my final PF settlement.What legal steops shall be taken ?
If employer don't given your of or any wages so you contact Labour court if you go with any advocate than much better so firstly you meet personally any advocate and afterthat file case in labour court for your pf and other wages .

Send them a legal notice asking them to clear all your dues include the contribution to be made by the employer towards your GPF fund. In case your grievance is still not addressed, approach the labour of the civil court as the case may be.
