Legal action against designation degradation

I joined japanese MNC as Am and after 3 years of service suddenly it is announced that designation of Indian staff is inflated twice.now am would be executive. I prior to joining this company was working with HCl as Am. what legal course can be taken
Dear Client, your terms of appointment have to be seen first before taking any step. However, you can sue the company for appropriate relief. Initially i opine that you should write a grievance letter to the authorities and then take further action. You can contact for further discussion.
