Legal action against company for not paying PLI according to agreement

08-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
According to my offer letter it states: Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) Will be given to me every year based on ratings. PLI amount is near to 15% of my income In my company's policy it states; Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): In case of Resignation / Termination, payment of PLI for the Financial Year shall not be applicable if the employee is not on rolls of the Company on the date of disbursement of PLI for that year. I have not received my PLI for this year and based on rumors there is hardly any chance of getting it next year; is there any legal action I can take while or after resigning to get this income? P.S. Please avoid calling as I live in colony provided by company

Pls send the legal notice to them first, and let them know about this, after this u can take legal action. Before the legal notice send them email AMD written notices to concerned branch and person, after sending them written AMD oral complaints, u can take the legal action.

My dear friend, As you stated in your query first you have to write the latter with all the averments and put your demand as you given your offer to your employer. Because no any case or legal action can be taken on the base of rumors.
