Legal action against bank for terminating my services without notice

Dear sir/medam I am from jamnagar I am joined a goverment bank on 2009 as temporary sub staff and i continue 9 years job in jamnagar branch i received daily wages voucher and then August 2017 manager stop me to doing job without any notice or my fault so now what i do??please guide me i want to case against bank in labour court so can i do case???
