Left job due to harrasment. What action can we take against the comp.

Hi, I am Vipin Kumar. I worked more than 5 years in a BPO, Noida. He transferred me into different process without any reason. He said it was a random selection. I had to leave my job due to manager's harrasment. My questions are: 1. Can any management or manager move any employee into any process without any reason? They didnot increase my basic salary however they increased salary annually. Increased part was added into different allowance but basic salary remained the same for 5 years. It impacted my PF amount since I joined. 2. Is basic salary increment company decision or government decision? or Is it mandate to increase basic salary every year or If they not. Can we take legal action against them? 3. Has government declared any yearly bonus for private employees since April 2014? My company gave it to me for the year of 15-16 not the year of 14-15. I mailed them, they say we are still working on it. I left the job on 03/11/2016. Can we do something about it?

Bpo is generally covered by labour laws and before considering your issues it is required to know about how much you were paid and how much time you have spend on working.... there is a slab of classes in which it was divided in skilled and non skilled labour to the point it is quit important to know in which field you are working how much you have been paid and what are the laws and rules of ur institute
