Leaving the job after 3 months without notice period is it legal

01-Nov-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Respected Advocate, I am working with a Company since 3 months. I am under probation period (of 6 months). The Company did not inform any terms & conditions before joining. After 1 week, they served me the appointment order with lots of terms & conditions. I have signed the letter at that juncture, otherwise I will be jobless. Now, I want to quit job. But the following clause makes me worried. “If you leave the company for any reason whatsoever before completion of stipulated period of one year, you shall be liable and compensate the company by paying the last drawn salary for the unexpired period.” Now advise me that (1) Do I need to serve the company for one year compulsorily? (2) Do I need to pay the last drawn salary for the unexpired period, If I quit the job now?

Please check all legal documents entered into before starting the probationary period .
Be sure there is no liability against you to avoid any ramification .
However , is your query pertaining to the liability of a person working on probationary period ?
