Leaves to contract employees working in central govt

Hi, i m working in central govt as contractual employee..i would like to know abt leaves applicability like el cl to contract workmen..my contractor is covered under maharashtea shops n establishments act
This is my response to you:
1. You will not be bound by the CCS rules if you are a contractual worker;
2. You will be allowed leaves, extraordinary leaves etc. as per your terms of contract;
3. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
