Laws which prevents companies from discriminating pay for the employee

17-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Most of the companies are giving equal salary to MCA and Btech /BE graduates. But some companies are giving very less salary to MCA graduates as compared to Btech/BE graduates. Normally PG graduates are getting paid higher salary than UG graduates. Is there any legal rule to fight against this discrimination?? Is it possible for us to file a complaint against court??

If the company is paying the employees there are numerous factors they may consider before giving them salary. So we will first have to examine those factors and accordingly suggest you to file a case for infringement of fundamental rights of right to equality
