. I have some issues can you please help me out.. I m Banker. So as Bank policy I m eligible for 30 days Privilege Leave. 12 day's Casual Leave and 15 day's Medical leave..In a year...You can avail Privilege leave for Two Times In year.... Excluding Casual and Medical leave let me allow that I have applied for 9 Day's Privilege Leave as par bank regulations prior in advance period of 15 day's. If Leave not sanctioned can I put any complaint against Banks Personal Deptt.. What Is law by the way.
Leave can not be availed as a matter of right.It is not the HR department but the controlling officer who decides upon the issue considering separability factors at the relevant point of time.Your organisation's leave Regulations may be looked into for further guidance.
Generally no employer approves long term leave because the operations will get hampered. I believe the leave to be sanctioned by the reporting senior and the personnel department needs only the information.
