My sister worked in lic after 1991 (i.e. 1993) for 85 days. Now lic cut of date in last that is 04-03-1991. what can i do?
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable
