Last month's salary and PF is not being relased by company. What to do

Working in hotel as front desk executive. I gave proper resignation and every other detail and got clearance. They are not releasing my last month salary and as well as my PF. What action can i take against them?

You can get a legal notice served upon them and if they don't pay even thereafter, You can file a suit against them. If the amounts are not high, you can contact for conducting the case at nominal fees.
