Judgement passed by Supreme Court regarding LIC can i eligible for it

24-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir I am from visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I worked as Temporary Assistant in LIC, visakhapatnam from 11-12-90 to 3-1-91 23 days and from 7-1-91 to 9-3-91 62 days total 85 days and terminated. As per norms of the Supreme Court orders I have completed 85 days. I have applied as per LIC notification on or before published date. Please give me advice. Can I get permanent orders or I have to approach legally.?

Dear,

I need to check the termination order is it oral or written and the grounds therein mentioned for such termination then we can decide the issue, wherein we can look into the issue of permanent orders. If the termination itself is bad in law then you are entitled for your continuation of service from back wages....
