Joining From Waiting List After Expiry

I was first candidate in waiting list for the post of lecturer. Validity of waiting list was six months and the govt passed the order of appointment after 6th months and one candidate didn't join the post. I approaches the HC and HC Decide the case on dec 2016 in my favor but still i am waiting for the joining. In another case in same vacancies, govt already passed the order of appointment and my case was decided on behalf of that case but the are not giving me the appointment. I file the Contempt but court date is mid july. It is long period. how to get that job please advice me. SB CW/14797/2014(Jaipur)
when your matter has already been decided and a vacant post is already in your favor, if notices are issued you can file an early listing application for a short date your matter will be decided soon you dont need to worry.
