Joined by SSC exam. Took leave with permission now not allowed to join

I am selected for the post of Tax Assistant in income tax department surat in SSC cgl 2012 exam. I am reporting in surat for joining but next day my mother suddenly ill so after two days I am back at my home and a written application submit to express ability due to my family problems. They accepted my application after one year and 6 months I am again request them for joining but they deny and said my dossier written back. Now I sent a letter to ssc delhi reply not received. Can i get my job back if i file a case against SSC?
Yes you can file the case against SSC to claim your job back, but before that was your holidays approved by your department and for what period was your leave was sanctioned. What application did they approve after 1 year and 6 months? Have you been terminated or Suspended from the Job? please clarify.
