Job unsatisfaction ,transfer and leave

I am working in SBI.I was promoted as Scale -1 officer from clerk in April 2019. I was posted in Gorakhpur as clerk and now transfered to Bijnor City after promotion. My residence place is Lucknow. My father has died from cancer 2 years ago In my family there are 4 members my ill oldmother ,unmarried sister, wife and 6 month old daughter. During transfer I request management to transfer me near Lucknow because of my family condition as I am ok I only male member in my family and I have lots of family responsibilities and I have also to tk cre of property and agriculture based in Lucknow though mgmt didn't listen to me and transfers me 500 km from Lucknow to Bijnor City. Though they have vacant places near Lucknow like Bareilly Shahjahanpur etc. Now I am unable to balance my family and work life balance. There is no holiday in bank even on gazetted holidays bank forced to work in office late time sitting nearly 12 hours. My mother is ill ok have responsibility of my sister marriage moth

As you have said that you have already represented the matter before the authorities but still they are not considering your request, therefore in this case you have to file a writ petition before the high court ventilating all your grievances and usually the court helps you if you have genuine reasons. Moreover there is a governmental order in this regard. kindly contact us for further details
