Job related criminal case pending can I resign this job and join

I just doing a bihar govt job.but a misoccurance happend .fore a scame case cid lounged a FIR over me and several staff.without getting any strong fact.now i want to resign this job and join to new govt job.please suggest me how it would be possible
Sir, you cannot join a new job and there will be a lot of difficulties for the same or getting NOC from the present job, as of now pending investigation by CID, you may also be suspended from employment and may also be arrested for the crime. take appropriate steps to safeguard yourself.
