11-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi All, I have two questions. 1. IT Company bond - Is it legally valid ? if they didn't provide any paid training to us. Also, they don't have a hard copy of bond but the they don't have the scanned copy . 2. If Company warning me or say blackmailing me that if I don't pay bond breaking amount they will destroy my career by providing negative feedback about me. Also, they didn't provide experience letter, resignation letter, and my last two month(Notice period) salary. Is there any way by which I can fight them and save my life.

As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.

You can send a legal notice to the company for asking for your dues.

If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.
