Issues in Full & Final Settlement

My previous company is not settling my full & final payment, they have made a recovery of one month's salary as they say that I was supposed to serve two months' notice period whereas I had taken all the waive-off approval for one month from the line manager and now they are saying that the approval was done mistakenly over emails. They are not ready to pay my hard-earned money of 30 days. Please provide your guidance. I have all the pieces of evidence.
kindly send them legal notice though an advocate showing all the grievance state all the things about you service and rejection
if they will not consider it then you can move further action
and you also have to check the bye laws of your company
