Issue regarding Salary, Experience and relieving letter

I want to know some things : 1. If my company terminated me due to data manipulating issue so they would be liable for pay 3 months salary ? 2. In this scenario they would be liable for provide me my experience and relieving letter or not ?

Please provide more details regarding your contract with your employer as well as situation that lead to your termination. I need to see the documents before I can give you any advice regarding this. If the company has wrongfully terminated then the company would would be liable.

Better give resignation instead of termination by company. They will not give u salary for notice period .
Experience and reliving letter can be given to u. For notice period salary or experience letter u have to file case in court , schedule a meeting with me alo faith all documents.
