Is there any specific ratio to hire employees?

is there any specific ratio to hire employees/ labours i.e. on contract and on permanent basis?
No there is no such provision in law to hire employees/labours.. Either on contract or on permanent basis. Management/company has got complete discretion on this. Management/company can keep any no. of employees on permanent basis/contract basis. We cannot question that.

There is no such ratio in Private sector but there are limits after which your are liable for EPF, ESI- Depending upon nature of your work and employment. If you want to know further you have to share your employment details etc. otherwise there is no limit as to no. of employees. you can hire as many as employees u required
