Is there any issue in leaving coming without giving notice

31-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been under probation when I left my job without notice. If company tries to serve me a notice, is it really worth as if I was on a probation period? (As far as I know, under probation employee can leave anytime and employer can fire anytime without notice.) They have one month notice period policy, I left my 15 days salary with them. I have left the company because they were not giving the salary on time.

The notice period is dependent upon the employer employee contract. If it specifically states one month notice or pay in lieu then by virtue of signing contract, you are liable to pay one month wages if no notice is given. Company can ask you to pay the balance or recover through legal action.
