Is it required to take labour licence ?

We took the labour licence paying all the fines and penalties but now the guy is telling that we need to make records every month and it's gonna b verified pls help and let me know what is this labour licence and how does it work
Yes , under laws there are many Compliances has to be done and again it all depends upon the sector of licence you have taken and few acts are compulsory so kindly mention the sector so that a suitable solution can be found

If you start any establishment you need permission from labor department after various clarification they give license.
in your issue what purpose you applied for license let me know. In sakala schemes they have to be made.
