WHY SHOULD EMPLOYEE SIGN IN THE COMPANYS AGREEMENT? IS THERE NECESSARY TO SIGN AGREEMENT, IF THE SALARY IS BELOW 10000-15000 TO WORK FOR ONE OR MORE THAN ONE YEAR

The salary amount does not matter, a company may want to keep everything on record and therefore insist on an employment agreement with you. It is a good idea to sign the agreement as it will also protect your interests. For eg., if the employment agreement protects you against termination, then your employer cannot remove you from job without reason. First read it and then sign it and take a copy. If you feel it is unreasonable, then try to negotiate with the employer.
