Is Ichthyosis Vulgaris eligible for disability pension in India?

Hi team, I am a 25 years old male person from Srinagar and I am suffering from Ichthyosis Vulgaris, which is a skin disease. My question is that is there any disability pension or benefits valid in India for such a disease?
No such disease is not covered within the eligibility criteria for disability as following diseases/impairments are included for providing benefits:
1. Visual Impairment
2. Locomotor / Orthopedic Disability
3. Speech and Hearing Disability
4. Mental Retardation
5. Multiple Disabilities
