Is Gratuity payable even if service is less than 5 years

We are an IT company in NOIDA, following 5-day work week. Kindly advice if Gratuity is payable even if the employee has worked for 4 years and 7 months only. For employees under 6-day work week what is minimum service required to be eligible for gratuity.
To be eligible for gratuity, you must complete 5 years continuous service. 6 months of a year can be counted as one year. If you have completed 4 years and 7 months in service, you will get the gratuity. Continuous service means uninterrupted service.
