I cannot calculate the amount of compensation. However I can say that your company is liable to pay you the 100% salary for the injured period and further, your company is liable to pay compensation for the injuries and medical expenditure and loss of earning capacity if the injury has been sustained while carrying out your company's work. I would like to know the nature of your work and activity which resulted in your accident to advice you better. Please get back to me with this information at the earliest.
