If the court permits continuation of service during long absence and approved all benefits of service except back wages for the period of absence should the employe entitled for house rent for this period of absence as wages does not include house rent this a benefit
Something can be said after going through the contents of the order of the Court. All benefits of service except back wages means you are not entitled for house rent. However, there are ways to claim house rent
