Dear Sir/Madam, I need your assistance in the following queries. Please kindly do the needful. Expecting your answer in a sooner time. 1.Can an employer hold Original Certificates of an employee? 2.Is, a newly joined employee is eligible for PF from the first day of work? 3.Is, a newly joined employee is eligible for TDS deduction from the first day of work? An Employer has no right to keep the original certificate of an Employee. It is personal. He can verify and get back to the employee immediately. PF is payable if he is enrolled. TDS can be. if It is morethan the personal Income taxable limit.
The TDS amount can only be obtained on submission of Income Tax Return.
