Interruption in joining process

Sir I am selected in Bank of Baroda as clerk but on 8/5/2017 during pre joining formalities my e-bio metric did not match and on 5/6/2017 they took my fingerprints and signature on paper and send it for forensic and on the same day all the other candidates got their joining letter and now I am waiting for my report. Sir can I file a case if I am not satisfy with my forensic report?
My dear friend , as you stated your problem in my opinion is that you can approach the court because if The bank has already taken your fingerprints and signature (Bank cannot be take fingerprints or signature if e-bio metric mismatched there is only way to reject the candidature) then obviously you have to be given joining and Bank cannot free to give joining letter to others at your post. And you have right to challenge the report if you are not satisfy with your forensic report.
