Instant resignation in a BPO, what steps should be taken

I am working in Call Center from last one and half year. my designation is Sr. Process Trainer. Today my manager ask me to do instant resign due to performance issue. kindly suggest me what to do?
Resignation can be asked for on account of poor-performance or any other reason which the employer is not happy with the conduct of the employee. However you are entitle to make a representation in this regard to the concerned authorities.
