Implementation of SC judgement for terminated emloyees of LIC

While implementing the SC order to regularise the sacked employees of the corporation the management has issued a circular to consider the petitioners only. I'm an aspirant terminated employee and fulfils all other criterias as was envisaged in the advertisement of LIC on 21/07/2015. I have also submitted my application in response to the above advertisement but LIC didn't invite for certificate verification and medical test. So, in this situation how can I get justice?
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
